After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exclusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there.

On the 29th (today) Daily Sports Japan met TVXQ’s official from their signed Japanese label AVEX, and as quoted from the official, TVXQ members should be back to Japan to continue their full activities this fall.

The official did not mention a specific schedule, however he said that the year-end events such as “The 51st TBS Japan Record Award” (organized by Japan Composers Association) and especially “The 60th NHK Uta Gassen” are included in the current schedule.

According to Sankei Sports on the 29th, the popular group Tohoshinki will also participate in theme song for NHK new drama “とめはねっ!铃里高校书道部” that is starting on January 7th next year, the song is entitled “BREAK OUT!”

NHK side commented, “We’re gathering image as Tohoshinki is one of the most popular group in Japan right now.” . While TVXQ leader U-Know Yunho said about their new song, “We hope through this song, we can give even just a little cheering hope for the youngsters.”

TVXQ members Junsu (Xiah), Yoochun (Micky), Jaejoong (Hero), who are having contract issues with their management company SM Entertainment, have expressed that hereafter, they still wish to continue doing activities with the TVXQ members.

On the afternoon of the 28th, an official from Sejong, their representative law firm, said in a telephone interview to STARNEWS, “All 3 members have said that they want to continue working together with the TVXQ members. Having grown up under the name of TVXQ, they definitely want to continue working with the TVXQ members, for a long time to come.”

However, when asked about the 2 other members, Yunho (U-know) and Changmin (Max), the official was not specific and said, “There’s nothing I can say regarding that.”

Also, regarding their move to invalidate the members’ contracts as well as change the profit distribution, he explained that, “It would be difficult if we advance on that in the middle of the week. Some time next week, we’ll set about doing it.”

Even if the weather turns colder after November in Shenzhen, the fiery passion for live performances still hold their position. After Chinese band "Superband" held their concert, the Shenzhen Sports stadium will be there to invite popular Korean group TVXQ on the 21st of November, shouting Dong Fang Shen Qi TVXQ! This is the last performance of "The 3rd Asia Tour" in China. The organisers informed us yesterday that the 5 members of TVXQ are preparing the show with even more surprises.

TVXQ's performances in China include the three stops of Nanjing, Beijing and Shanghai, and at each stop it has given fans a lot of highlights and emotional moments. Since the Shenzhen concert is the last of "The 3rd Asia Tour" in China, the workers of company 'Dreammaker' has revealed that this concert will be more extravagant than any of the past three shows, and that in this following month, TVXQ will go through special rehearsals in closed doors. They have expressed that the Shenzhen stop must have even more exciting detail to repay the fans support and trust.

On the 16th of October, Mnet posted on their website "There is no MKMF this year". This has arose a lot attention by netizens "Are you getting rid of MKMF permanently?", "Why are you doing this?" and other questions. Along with this shocking announcement, a video showing the past ten years at the MKMF was posted.
Mnet confirmed after ten years, it is true we are ending MKMF.
Also they announced that on the 23rd of October, they will reveal their new plans that may replace MKMF as an award show or a completely different idea.

Dream Concert 2009 which held on last Saturday, 10 October ‘09 gained a lot of attention from viewers. This is due to the fact that 6 members of 2PM will be performing their hits Again & Again + I hate You on the day itself without their leader, JaeBum. Despite the boycott, others fans club helped hottest to shout “Park Jae Bum” names along the members performance. Thanks to people who attended the concert and record their fancam for us as 2PM performance won’t be broadcast and will be edit out before it air on TV. Watching their fancam, I noticed an “empty space” which used to be Jay’s position feels so BIG. The rest of the member are trying to dance accordingly to when Jay was with them and it shows a little ‘mess’ because the empty gap does feels empty without Jay standing beside them. Not only the gap, they even let the audio where Jay supposed to sing the part and just dance accordingly to the song without having someone to replace it. It does gives the feeling that, they do want Jay back as what we have been craving for the past month. Other things that caught my attention while I watched the video is, the ’small hint’ that members show while they’re dancing.

I noticed Junsu’s hand gestures made a four then three which equals to SEVEN and chansung occasionaly made a “7″ by pointing straight into camera’s while doing his rap part. This is what I can see clearly from videos. But some hottest has pointed 0ut another hint saying that, Junho, Taecyeon and one of the member made a combine ‘7′ and Taec shout JaeBum’s name while he say rap part on I Hate You. Is it this really a hint that they gave to us? or we just too paranoid and think too much? Well.. I choose to believe it’s some kind of hints as me too saw it my self =]

Ehm,I suprised with Changmin, he change his hair color???
On their last Octber concert in Shanghai, Changin still had the black color,but then change to the blonde one?

Boom transformed into G-Dragon and put on a performance of "Heartbreaker," on the October 6th episode of SBS Strong Heart (강심장).

It goes without saying that the audience absolutely loved it, and so did G-Dragon. Boom apparently put on a spectacular improvised dance routine, making G-Dragon laugh.

G-Dragon stated: "I love the choreography."

SHINee did a modified version of their sunbaenim, BoA's song, Girls on Top and their version are called, Boys on Top as they performed that on MBC's Star Dance Battle Change this evening.

The song lyrics had been rewritten, containing their heartbreaking thoughts towards their pitiful position in the music scene these days. Yes, it's undeniable that boy groups are almost extinct with the non-stop rising of the girl groups. The lyric goes:
